Not Enough Snow

It snowed here for the first time this year and I was super excited. I put on my new outfit that I'd been dying to wear and ran outside with my sled. But, boy was I disappointed. It was melting fast and I guess we didn't really get enough anyway to cover the ground.

Oh, well. I headed back inside, but am asking all my friends to "THINK SNOW!"

  1. Kiki,

At least you got snow- that's so cool! This winter I want to go sledding in Central Park, but we probably won't get snow for a long time.

    What's your favorite snow activity?

  3. Salut Kiki,

That's a bummer about not getting much snow, but at least you got the chance to wear your pretty new coat. It looks great on you!

Hmm...that coat is really growing on me! I like it a lot more in "real" pictures.

  4. Hi Inky, Emi and Sophie! My favorite thing to do in snow is snowboarding - I think. I haven't tried it yet, but hope to this year!

If we went to the mountains I could go sledding right now, too! The dog sled will be super fun!

I love my new coat because it is so soft and the boots are really warm and fuzzy.

  5. It's so disappointing to get just a little snow...that happens here a lot. We usually get just enough to give the ground a light dusting, and just when we're getting excited, the rain comes and the snow melts away! :( Hopefully you'll get some more snow soon! :)

  7. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get enough snow to go sledding. Your new outfit sure is cute though. We never get any snow out here. We have to travel up a tall mountain to get to some snow, and that's not until December at the earliest.
